At Esteamers™, we craft aromatherapy experiences that elevate daily self-care into moments of mindfulness and personal affirmation. Our product line—featuring shower steamers, sprays, and gift sets—offers a grounded, retail-ready way to support wellness seekers everywhere.

Minimums

Opening Order Minimum: $250

Reorder Minimum: $100

Case Packs: Products are sold in full case packs only (see details below).

Payment

A 50% deposit is due at the time your order is placed and the other half along with shipping costs is due before order is shipped.

We accept all major credit cards over the phone or via our website. We do accept checks but the order will not ship until the check is cleared (estimated 3-5 business days). Deposits are non-refundable.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed within 5–10 business days.

All products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.

Orders ship from Nashville, TN.

Free U.S. shipping on orders over $300.

 

Selling Guidelines

Products must be sold in original packaging (including affirmation cards).

No third-party marketplace reselling (Amazon, Etsy, etc.) without written approval.

Online resale is allowed only on your own store/website.

Submitting Your Order:

We will ask that you complete an order form which you can request via email – hello@showeresteamers.com.

The order form can also be returned via email to the same email address.

We will email you an invoice.

Wholesale Account customer service hours are Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM CST. Wholesale orders are not processed on weekends.

Shipping & Damage Policy:

All orders ship via FedEx (2 – 6 business days delivery time) and shipping rates are determined by the weight and destination of your package. Please note that all orders require a signature upon receipt. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed by the shipping carrier.

Shipping charges will be added to the order total.

Damaged items must be reported within 5 business days with photo documentation. Approved items will be replaced or credited.

International Shipping:

All policies for Domestic shipping apply to international shipping also. Please note that delays can occur due to Customs and these delays are beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost orders held by Customs. Any charges by Customs, Import Duty Fees or any other charges associated with International Shipping are the full responsibility of the purchaser. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local Customs office for future information.

Returns & Exchanges:

Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Products are returnable if they arrive damaged. We will require a photograph of the damaged item(s). Any item returned that has been damaged by you, your staff or customers will not qualify for a refund. Shipping costs cannot refunded. All returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Testers:

Testers for display purposes are available for a low cost. Please refer to Wholesale Order Form for prices on each tester.

What is your turnaround time?

We ship most wholesale orders within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

What are the case pack requirements?

All products must be ordered in full case packs:

Sprays: 12 per scent

Jumbo Steamers: 12 per scent

4-Pack Pouches: 12

Gift Sets: 6 per SKU

Do you offer testers?

We offer low-cost tester sprays upon request for retailers to use in-store. Steamers are not available as testers due to their single-use nature.

Can I mix scents in a case pack?

At this time, we require full case packs per scent or SKU to maintain production consistency.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! All Esteamers™ products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and made with ethically sourced ingredients.

Do your products include barcodes?

Yes, all retail packaging includes a UPC barcode.

Can I sell Esteamers™ on Amazon, Etsy, or other marketplaces?

No. We restrict resale to your own website and/or physical retail location unless you have received written permission for third-party marketplaces.

Do you provide marketing materials?

Yes! Wholesale partners receive access to product images, shelf talkers, social media content, and more upon approval.

Can I request a custom scent or packaging for corporate gifts or events?

Yes! We love collaborating on intentional gifting. Custom scent development and co-branded packaging are available for larger orders. Email us for details.

Do your products expire?

For best results, use within 12 months of purchase. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
